For our Global Consumer Strategy & Insights department, we are looking for a

Senior Global Brand & Communication Planning Manager (f/m/d)

The mission of this role is to help the organization understand our (target) consumers—their behaviors and motivations—and how to reach and retain them in a highly competitive market. The main tasks include:

  • Lead Brand Positioning, Brand System Development, and Purpose Evolution to drive consumer and cultural relevance
  • Support the development of Creative & Messaging hierarchy for Brand Trademark, including brief development and creative testing
  • Test and establish new global communication research standards for future campaign development
  • Refine Target Consumer Understanding continuously to improve campaign and content effectiveness
  • Standardize KPIs for Brand Equity Tracking and Growth Driver evaluations
  • Make recommendations to help Global Brand Marketing and the marketing & sales organization capitalize on opportunities

You are a perfect fit if you have the following qualifications:

  • Completed studies in Marketing or related disciplines
  • Extensive experience in Brand Marketing & Research within client-side teams, preferably in lifestyle products and/or the entertainment industry
  • Experience with quantitative and qualitative research, analyzing multiple content and data inputs
  • Ability to interpret research findings into clear, story-driven analyses with actionable insights
  • Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn continuously
  • Comfortable presenting to small and large groups
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German
