As a (Senior) Payroll Specialist (d/f/m), you'll provide top-tier service to our customers, driving satisfaction and continuous improvement in our payroll processes and customer journey. You'll collaborate with Product & Engineering teams to address technical issues and improve our products, directly impacting automation and user experience.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

1. Team Guidance & Mentorship: Lead a team of approximately 5 Payroll Specialists, ensuring excellent customer service and supporting professional development.
2. Implementation Management & Support: Oversee implementation processes and monthly payroll runs, maintaining efficiency and quality standards.
3. Customer Support: Provide timely assistance during implementation and ongoing support, ensuring high-quality service.
4. Payroll Expertise: Use your payroll knowledge to handle challenges and escalations effectively.
5. Internal Collaboration: Work with internal teams to resolve technical challenges and improve payroll services.
6. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer experiences throughout all phases.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

• At least 5 years of operational experience in end-to-end payroll processing
• Proficiency in various payroll systems
• Business proficiency in German and good command of English
• Leadership qualities to guide and mentor junior specialists
• Proven ability to handle complex payroll cases
• Team player, empathetic, dedicated to customer satisfaction
• High standards for quality and diligence
