SOFTGAMES is seeking a Senior Game Economy Designer F2P (Casual / LiveOps) - Fully Remote to join our fully remote team. As a Senior Game Economy Designer F2P at SOFTGAMES, you will join a dedicated team managing our leading franchise, Solitaire Home Story, in LiveOps to ensure its ongoing success across multiple platforms. This role emphasizes a strong focus on KPIs, numbers, and economy design.

This is a REMOTE position.

Qualified applicants will be expected to complete an assignment.

Your Role

1. Drive improvements in conversion, monetisation, and LTV.
2. Design and balance gameplay features, progression systems, and monetisation models.
3. Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team to expand and improve the game’s performance.
4. Iterate on game design and economy based on metrics, team input, playtests, and player feedback.
5. Communicate design concepts clearly within the team and studio.
6. Inspire the agile, multidisciplinary team with innovative and creative ideas.
7. Continuously refine the game experience through data-driven improvements.

Your profile

1. A consistent 5+ years track record of relevant, released casual games.
2. Profound insight into core mechanics, game loop, and meta-game design in casual games.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
4. Exceptional empathy to understand and connect with our target audience.
5. Superb technical skills in balancing, tuning, polishing games, and developing monetisation strategies.
6. A strong embrace of F2P models, enjoying working with KPIs and user feedback to refine your designs.
7. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
8. Deep passion for games.
