Senior Fund Finance Manager (f/m/d), Frankfurt or Munich

Savills Investment Management is an international real estate investment manager with a global platform comprising 15 offices, 12 of which are in Europe. With close to 400 employees worldwide, we manage assets totaling EUR 25.5 billion as of September 2024. We offer clients access to a full range of products, consisting of Pooled Funds, Separate Accounts, Global Investment Partnerships and Asset Management.

Our German team consists of c. 70 experienced real estate professionals in Hamburg, Frankfurt and Munich and is responsible for c. EUR 6.6 billion assets under management, with approx. EUR 2.8 billion in Germany.

Your responsibilities will include...

• Coordinating and reviewing financial accounting of property companies and fund vehicles
• Financial reporting, including reviewing NAV calculations and monthly or quarterly unit prices prepared by external accountants, and taking care of all other ongoing or ad hoc financial and regulatory reporting to internal or external parties
• Banking, debt, hedges and cash management across the entire structure
• Corporate governance, including preparing of information for board meetings and representing Fund Finance in investor meetings
• Developing efficient tax structures together with our Global Tax Function and supporting acquisitions and disposals of properties and property structures
• Projects and ad-hoc tasks

We are looking for graduates who have…

• A university degree in economics and/or finance, with a good academic track record
• Focus on accounting, finance and tax; extensive experience in bank financing is desired, but not required
• Several years of professional work experience, with explicit experience on Real Estate Funds
• Very Good Excel skills and competence with other Microsoft Office packages
• Good communication skills withexcellent written and spoken English
• Team player, strong interpersonal skills, able to interface with non-Finance colleagues, investors, banks and service providers
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude and an abilityto demonstrate this during interviews
