  • Maintain a list of approved mutual funds in accordance with BIL Group governance.
  • Follow up with asset managers and identify better alternatives.
  • Participate in team communication efforts.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the BIL Invest fund range.
  • Support communication efforts related to BIL Invest.
  • Assist the team within the Investment Office.

The Senior Fund Analyst is responsible for analyzing, selecting, and monitoring investment funds within an open architecture framework. This role involves developing investment content, delivering it efficiently and tailored to Discretionary Portfolio Managers and Investment Advisors, and supporting the Investment Office team, particularly in managing fund-of-funds.

The role is based in the Funds team within the Investment Office, reporting to the Head of Funds.

Your next challenge :
  1. Conduct fund analysis and select funds based on established processes to contribute to BIL Group's investment content.
  2. Manage the BIL Invest fund of funds, overseeing daily operations and portfolio construction aligned with BIL's investment strategy.
  3. Support BIL's sales activities by proactively informing the sales front office through multiple communication channels.
  4. Perform quantitative and qualitative fund analysis using established processes and relevant data sources.
  5. Maintain a list of approved mutual funds in accordance with BIL Group governance and procedures.
  6. Follow up with asset managers on approved funds and identify better alternatives when relevant.
  7. Participate in team communication efforts (intranet, emails, meetings).
  8. Manage day-to-day operations of the BIL Invest fund range, including flow management, risk management/guidelines monitoring, and portfolio construction.
  9. Support communication efforts related to BIL Invest and provide proactive input to investment committees.
  10. Assist the team within the Investment Office.
Your skills :
