We, EOS - a world market leader in industrial 3D printing, are looking for a Functional Consultant to support our IT Team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Work with our SAP landscapes to add value for product teams, management, and internal customers.
• Support global Sales and Service teams from requirements analysis to implementation of technical solutions.
• Lead system implementations, release changes, and improvements in projects, collaborating with functional departments, IT Operations, and partners.
• Advise on process design, digitalization, automation, and visualization of business processes, including process mapping, requirements management, functional specifications, and testing.
• Serve as the contact point for employees regarding sales and service systems, supporting incident and change management, and second-level support.
• Parameterize systems, coordinate application development, perform system tests, and maintain technical documentation.
• Contribute to defining IT architecture and software design for sales and service solutions and interfaces.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of SAP experience, with expertise in SAP SD, GTS, Cloud for Customer, CPI/PI, Customs, AEB
• Experience as a project manager in traditional and agile IT projects, familiar with project management and agile methods (Scrum, V-model)
• Strong process knowledge in mechanical engineering/service, with understanding of sales/service requirements and strategies
• Experience with cloud portals, eCommerce solutions is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in virtual, distributed teams under pressure
• Development experience with RICEFW objects and integration technologies (IDOC, OData, APIs, Web Services, SAP CPI, AIF, SAP Gateway)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English
