As a Senior Fullstack React Engineer (f / d / m), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the user experience of our AI-driven legal solutions. Our B2B solutions assist professionals working in law research and legal advising. You will collaborate closely with our design, engineering, and product teams to develop and optimize intuitive, responsive, and scalable UI components, bringing innovation and efficiency to our products.

YOUR TEAM

You will join our Tech Team of around 14 members, including UI Engineers, UI Designers, AI Engineers, as well as Fullstack, Backend, and DevOps Engineers.

Your responsibilities

1. Develop UI Components: Using React, TypeScript, Office.js, hooks, and responsive design
2. Performance Optimization: Implement code splitting, lazy loading, and caching techniques
3. Design Implementation: Pixel-perfect execution from Figma designs with Tailwind and animations
4. Backend Integration: Connect APIs using RESTful services, integrating WASM solutions for encrypted communication
5. Testing & Debugging: Write tests using Vitest, ensuring clean, functional code
6. End-to-End Responsibility: From design handover to backend integration, ensuring APIs fetch the right data
7. Tech Stack Optimization: Streamline tooling, optimizing the codebase for scalability and maintainability

• Work Permit: Germany
• Language: Fluent English
• Experience: Full development lifecycle, from design to backend connection using React, TypeScript, Hooks, Context API, HTML5, CSS3, Web Components
• Backend Integration: Node.js, API design, authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, Keycloak)
• Delivery: Proven results in fast-paced startup environments
• Technical Debt: Experience in optimizing technical debt and applying best coding practices
• Optional Skills: Familiarity with Webpack, Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Office.js
