• You will have built a first classsoftware system integrating andusing tools like React, Amplitude, Segment, BigQuery, PostHog, A/B testing tools, statistical analytics tools, event tracking, activation dashboards, North Star Metrics, growth loops, time-to-value.

Your Responsibilities:

• You focus on the new user journey andimprove user onboarding and activation flows.
• You turn sign-ups into active customers through data-driven product engineering.
• You build onboarding flows, wizards, checklists, and in-app messages.
• You create dashboards and tools to help users see the value from the SaaS tool quickly.
• You analyze where users drop off and make improvements.
• You actively shape the future of the companies success.

Your Profile:

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Have worked for over 2 years at the same company on the same project, focusing on SaaS funnels.
• Expert in React.
• Experience within Analytics and Behavioural Tracking.
• Have worked with A/B testing tools.
• Possess strong sense for UX and are able to make technical decisions guided by business outcomes.
• Comfortable working in a low-hierarchy environment and eager to take ownership.
• Fluent in English.
• Thrive in a fully remote work setting.
