Our wholesale business is growing and expanding globally, and we’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer (TypeScript) to help scale On’s Go-To-Market & Wholesale operations. In this role, you’ll be based in our Berlin office, reporting to an engineering manager, working closely with the product team and key stakeholders in Zurich to improve and grow our systems using the latest technology.

Your Mission

• Lead and contribute to our GTM projects impacting merchandising and wholesale operations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to maintain project codebases, raising code quality and scalability.
• Work within a cross-functional squad to build features and conduct experiments aligned with the product vision.
• Streamline engineering workflows and improve productivity.
• Enhance deployment processes, including CI/CD pipelines, canary deployments, and automated rollbacks.
• Participate in product discussions and take ownership in areas with uncertainties and open questions.

Your Profile

• At least 1 year experience acting as a tech lead using TypeScript in backend development.
• Extensive experience with TypeScript and frameworks like Nest.js or similar (e.g., Spring Boot).
• Practical experience with React and Next.js.
• Familiarity with at least one object-oriented programming language.
• Production experience designing REST APIs and system architecture.
• Solid knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with relational databases is essential.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of document datastores.
• Experience with event-driven architectures.
• Understanding of Domain-Driven Design.
