Jobbeschreibung

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Rconomy Group's core technologies, such as .NET, ensuring adherence to best practices and established coding standards.
• Collaborate across teams (Product, Engineering, QA ect.) to design and implement backend features.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components by working closely with frontend developers and other team members.
• Actively contribute to code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve the overall quality of the codebase.
• Identify and troubleshoot backend-related issues, implementing fixes and optimizations as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software development efforts with broader organizational initiatives and support change management processes to ensure the successful adoption of new technologies and methodologies.

Your Profile :

• 3+ years of software development experience with strong understanding of SDLC phases (requirements, documentation, QA).
• Expert in .NET technologies (.NET Framework, Core, ASP.NET MVC).
• Proficient in SQL Server databases.
• Familiar with RESTful APIs, Agile (Scrum preferred), DevOps, and CI / CD practices (a plus).
• Experience with Entity Framework and microservices (a plus).
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and German.
