On behalf of our client – a dynamic and fast-growing cybersecurity tech startup with approx. 50 employees – we are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer (m / f / d) to join their agile product development team.

The company develops modern, cloud-native cybersecurity solutions that help businesses protect their digital infrastructure and remain secure in an increasingly complex threat landscape. You’ll be part of a highly motivated and collaborative environment with real impact on product architecture and direction.

• End-to-End Development : Design and build new features for a cloud-based security platform using modern technologies like React, Node.js, and Python or Java.
• Architecture & Innovation : Contribute to architectural decisions and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• API & Data Layer : Develop and integrate REST and GraphQL APIs, and work with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Quality Engineering : Ensure high code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and best practices in CI / CD pipelines.
• Security & Performance : Build with a security-first mindset, optimizing applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers in a fast-paced, agile team setup.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify and drive opportunities to improve development processes, tooling, and team practices.

Qualifikation

• Fullstack Experience : Strong background in frontend development (React, TypeScript) combined with solid backend experience in Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Cloud & Serverless : Practical experience with AWS, GCP or Azure, and understanding of serverless patterns and event-driven architectures.
• IaC & DevOps : Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g. Terraform) and CI / CD tools.
• API & Database Expertise : Confident working with modern APIs and both relational and non-relational databases.
• Security Know-how : Experience with secure authentication methods (OAuth, JWT) and general cloud security best practices.
• Agile Mindset : Proactive, self-organized team player with strong communication skills and a passion for clean, maintainable code.
• Language Skills : Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
