TietoTech Consulting in Germany is seeking a (Senior) Fullstack Developer to design, build and deploy end-to-end solutions across frontend and backend, collaborating closely with customers and interdisciplinary teams.

You will contribute to architecture decisions, cloud-native deployments on Azure, and ensure code quality, performance and security while staying ahead with new tools and practices.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience as Fullstack Developer
• Strong proficiency in frontend (React/Angular) and backend (Java/C#)
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices, databases and cloud services
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot) to improve productivity and quality
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment workflows
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Curious mindset and willingness to learn and share knowledge
• Very good German and English skills

As a (Senior) Fullstack Developer, you will take ownership of technical solutions from concept to production, actively contributing to architecture, technology choices, and implementation quality. You will work closely with customers and interdisciplinary teams, contribute to technical decision-making, and ensure high-quality delivery across both frontend and backend.

Who we are looking for

• 4+ years of experience as Fullstack Developer
• Strong proficiency both in frontend (React and/or Angular) and backend technologies (Java and/or C#)
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices as well as with databases and cloud services
• Experience in the use of AI-assisted development tools and methodologies (e.g., GitHub Copilot, coding agents / agentic coding) to enhance development productivity and code quality, as well as to support documentation, testing, and problem-solving activities
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployment workflowsStrong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• A curious mindset and willingness to learn and share knowledge
• Very good German and English skills
