Tieto Tech Consulting invites a (Senior) Fullstack Developer to join our team delivering end-to-end digital solutions. You will shape architecture and implement solutions across frontend and backend, collaborating directly with customers and interdisciplinary teams.

You will contribute to cloud-native architectures on hyperscaler platforms, work in a hybrid model, and stay ahead with evolving technologies while mentoring colleagues in an agile environment.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.
• Proficient in frontend (React and/or Angular) and backend (Java and/or C#).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices; familiarity with databases and cloud services.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment workflows.
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
• German and English proficiency (very good).
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity.

As a (Senior) Fullstack Developer, you will take ownership of technical solutions from concept to production, actively contributing to architecture, technology choices, and implementation quality. You will work closely with customers and interdisciplinary teams, contribute to technical decision-making, and ensure high-quality delivery across both frontend and backend.

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality fullstack solutions for customer projects

• Continuously evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, and practices

Who We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience as Fullstack Developer
• Strong proficiency both in frontend (React and/or Angular) and backend technologies (Java and/or C#)
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices as well as with databases and cloud services
• Experience in the use of AI-assisted development tools and methodologies (e.g., GitHub Copilot, coding agents / agentic coding) to enhance development productivity and code quality, as well as to support documentation, testing, and problem-solving activities
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployment workflows
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• A curious mindset and willingness to learn and share knowledge
• Very good German and English skills
