Hey, welcome to our Frankfurt team as
We are shaping the future of banking – intuitive, efficient, and truly user-centered. Our goal is to simplify people’s lives by creating meaningful digital products. To take the next step, we’re evolving our design and development workflows using cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs). If you're passionate about innovation, AI-enhanced development, and user-centric design, we want you on board.
As a Senior Fullstack Developer (f/m/d), you will join a cross-functional agile team driving the transformation of digital product development. Your role is key in designing and implementing systems that leverage LLMs to increase the speed, quality, and consistency of our design and engineering work.
What you can do for us
- Design, build, and continuously improve fullstack applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Integrate and prototype LLM-powered tools to support design, coding, documentation, and testing.
- Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to explore AI-assisted design workflows.
- Ensure high code quality through clean code principles, pair programming, and code reviews.
- Actively contribute to technical decisions, quality assurance, and architecture discussions.
- Help shape new internal development processes that take advantage of machine learning capabilities.
- Work within an agile, iterative environment using tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps.
What you should bring to the table
- A degree in (business) computer science or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong experience in fullstack development with React, HTML5, CSS3, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (Azure DevOps preferred).
- Curiosity and initial experience with machine learning (especially LLMs) and their application in development.
- An interest in human-centered design and experience with UX/UI and interface architecture.
- A proactive mindset – you enjoy questioning the status quo and optimizing processes.
- Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus.
- The position is only available in Frankfurt and we will only consider applications from the Rhine-Main area.
We offer you
- Whether it's flexible working hours or working from home: we'll find a working model together that suits your daily routine and personal needs.

- Your mental health is very important to us: in cooperation with our partner OpenUp, we offer you anonymous and free access to a mental health program.
- For modern communication the right hardware is essential: your own Neugelb Starter Kit including MacBook, Airpods, iPhone & Co. ensure an ideal team connection at work.
- You'll have a buddy: Thanks to our buddy program, you'll have someone by your side from day 1.
- Never stop learning: we provide you with a fixed training budget including 10 days of educational leave for your personal development.
- Work at places where others go on vacation: With our workation program, you can work in selected european countries.
- Take a break: we offer a range of opportunities for your sabbatical and ensure a seamless return to your projects afterwards.

- Use the benefits for employees: the Corporate Benefit Program offers you attractive deals from well-known brands in various online stores.
