YOUR CHALLENGE AT WIRE

We are forming anew, cross-functional team of Senior Fullstack Engineers and are looking formultiple experts with deep experience in ReactJS and Golang. Your focus area, whether frontend-heavy or backend-centric, may vary depending on your background and interests.

As part of this team, you’ll help redesign, build, and evolve a microservice and micro-frontend architecture for a range of challenges: from multiple authentication flows to consistent, easy-to-use administration panels, you will implement a modular architecture, new APIs, and component deployment models to maximize Wire’s reach in our key markets, enabling our customers to experience the most user-friendly yet highly secure and privacy-aware product available.

Build and maintain end-to-end features across backend services and frontend interfaces using Golang and ReactJS, delivering secure and performant experiences to our users

Design and implement user-facing components and interactions,making collaboration and admin tasks intuitive and delightful in Wire’s enterprise products

Develop scalable server-side components to support advanced enterprise functionality such as SSO, role-based access, and directory integration

Lead the implementation of our new Subscription and Licensing Service,enabling seamless billing, access control, and in-app payments

Collaborate with Product, Design, and Revenue Ops teams to shape user-centric solutions that are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals

Contribute to Wire’s internal Golang expert group,promoting code quality, knowledge sharing, and adoption of best practices

• Architect and evolve services using modular microservice and micro-frontend patterns to enable flexible, maintainable feature delivery

YOUR PROFILE

Expert knowledge inGO (Golang) in a distributed environment

7+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering development

Nice to have: Proficiency inPayment, Invoicing, and Marketplaceinner working with withStripe Subscriptionor equivalent, Mobile Apps payment solutions

Nice to have: Experience in working withEnterprise SSO / Enterprise Directories(OIDC, Ldap, SCIM, RBAC, etc).

Nice to have: Experience with existing JS / TS design systems (MaterialUI, Mantine, etc) to build rich SPAs and an eagerness to build beautiful User Interfaces.

Strong knowledge in API design, gRPC/REST, from service to SDK

Experience working in a cross-functional team

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
