About the Role:

We’re seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer ready to dive deep into code and grow into a tech lead role. You’ll spend ~70% of your time as a senior IC, directly building and enhancing our core platform. The type of person who will thrive is a senior developer who usually ends up leading the team because they are great at what they do.

You'll join a senior-level team with a high bar for engineering quality, fast iteration, and product intuition. We've had multiple founder-level engineers join and immediately thrive—we hire for autonomy, not hierarchy.

If you’ve led teams, owned complex systems, or helped elevate engineering quality in a fast-moving company and are eager to keep your hands in the code, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

Lead technical design discussions and raise the quality bar via thoughtful code review

Drive foundational improvements to our architecture, infrastructure, and developer experience

Help us scale both our product and our engineering team as we grow

Mentor peers through context sharing and technical collaboration
