Introduction:

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer (m/f/d) in our Product & Tech team, you have the opportunity to work on end-to-end product initiatives, overseeing all of our frontends and backends, and bringing value directly to our customers. If you're a passionate engineer with a hunger for continuous improvement and proficiency in a variety of programming languages, this is your chance to revolutionize the industry and make a direct impact on our dynamic, tech-driven team.

Your Objectives & Role:

• Work on an innovative product with b2b and b2c aspects at the intersection of mobility and property technology.
• Implement features end-to-end as a Full Stack Engineer utilizing the latest front & backend technologies.
• Collaborate with our team of designers and backend programmers to ensure our UI is simple and effective.
• Work with dev-ops & ML engineers to implement new features and optimize processes.
• Identify opportunities to further develop our product and improve the frontend in cooperation with UX designers.
• Shape our engineering culture by adopting modern software engineering practices, focusing on clean, well-tested, and efficient code.
• Deploy code continuously into production.

Your Expertise, Skills & Mindset:

• Demonstrate real seniority, characterized by a drive for continuous improvement, impact, and ownership, not just years of experience.
• Proficiency in multiple fields such as TypeScript, NestJS, CSS/HTML, and more.
• Strong experience in high-throughput, real production projects.
• Excellent English skills (C1 level); German is not required.

Technologies We Work With:

• Frontend monorepo with Turbo, pnpm, changesets, and storybook.
• Event-driven backend development in Python and NestJS, following microservice architecture.
• Use of TypeScript, NestJS, BullMQ, Prisma in an opinionated monorepo approach.
• AWS services: RDS, DynamoDB, S3.
• Container orchestration with Kubernetes and CI/CD with GitLab.
• Infrastructure provisioning on AWS with Terraform.
• Serverless framework on AWS Lambda for high-throughput endpoints.
