Your Role

Be part of an innovative team building a cutting-edge platform that empowers companies to enhance and scale AI applications for process automation. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be at the core of shaping the product—working across the stack to create performant, user-friendly AI-powered solutions.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Building scalable front-end and back-end components that integrate seamlessly with AI systems.
• Developing backend APIs with Django Ninja (FastAPI-style) and front-end interfaces using Next.JS.
• Designing and implementing user interfaces to make AI features intuitive and accessible.
• Applying DevOps practices, including containerization (e.g., Docker) and CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment.
• Improving code quality through code reviews, refactoring, and best practices.
• Using AI tools to automate development tasks and increase efficiency across the engineering process.
• Exploring creative ways to embed AI throughout the software development lifecycle.

Your Profile

• Degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field—or equivalent skills through practical experience or personal projects.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with front-end frameworks like React or Next.JS, and backend tools like Django or FastAPI.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• A strong interest in AI and its practical use in modern software development.
• Effective communicator in English (B2+); German skills are a bonus.
• Willing to work on-site at least 3 days a week in Bremen (with plans for relocation to Berlin in the future).
• EU work permit required.
