To take our product to the next level, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer for our Analytics product. This is a vital part of our offering, focusing on data, insights, and delivering real value to our users. It involves building intelligent tools that help us understand how people use our intranet platform. You will be part of a small, dedicated team creating tools that analyze user interaction with our platform daily.

Who we're looking for

Your background: You should have at least 5 years of development experience, with proficiency in node.js, React, Typescript, and PostgreSQL.

Your expertise: You understand what it means to own a product—from gathering requirements and building features to testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Your approach: You care about writing clean, maintainable code, adhering to best practices like testing, static analysis, and monitoring.

Teamwork: You are a responsible team player, capable of collaborating and sharing knowledge effectively, with excellent communication skills. German language skills are a plus but not necessary.

Knowledge-sharing: You are eager to contribute your ideas and expertise to enhance our products and integrate them into our customers' digital landscape.

Bonus points: Experience with GCP, microservices, and testing frameworks is a plus. You should be able to work in our Hamburg office twice a week.

Responsibilities include:

• Taking ownership of our Analytics Frontend and Backend, developing new features, and advancing our analytics product.
• Continuously improving the architecture across the entire stack, shaping the technical direction of our product suite by actively sharing your skills and knowledge within the Product & Tech department.
• Using the Shape Up method and agile principles to develop high-quality software, engaging in technical discussions and product decisions.
• Collaborating with designers to create intuitive, powerful visualizations for new KPIs.
• Defining, testing, monitoring, and operating the product from conception to production.
