Role: Senior Full Stack Engineer — hands-on, versatile, to help shape the future healthcare technology. You’ll develop backend services and intuitive frontends for products used in hospital operating rooms, supporting clinical teams with real-time data, device integration, and workflow optimization — all powered by a modern tech stack including C# (.NET), React, TypeScript, RabbitMQ, and PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities
  • Build systems that orchestrate data, devices, and enhance workflows in the operating room, ensuring seamless integration and support for clinical teams.
  • Develop scalable, maintainable solutions with clean, readable code.
  • Design and improve RESTful APIs and microservices that power clinical applications.
  • Integrate medical standards such as FHIR and DICOM to enable interoperability across hospital systems.
  • Implement modern security protocols including OAuth 2.0 and SMART on FHIR.
  • Apply BDD, TDD, and DevOps practices, and take ownership in building and evolving our CI/CD pipelines.
  • Create user interfaces in React/TypeScript, collaborating with clinical and usability experts.
  • Partner with Product Owners to deliver innovative, user-centered solutions that improve patient care.
  • Foster technical excellence through knowledge sharing and active participation in internal communities.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies, industry trends, and healthcare developments.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in full stack development.
  • Deep expertise in C# and backend service architecture, including secure and scalable API design.
  • Proven experience with automated testing and building CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in React, HTML5, CSS, and TypeScript.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
Bonus Qualifications
  • Experience with WebRTC streaming.
  • Familiarity with data analytics to drive performance and efficiency improvements.
