Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to drive API and data integrations using healthcare standards (HL7, FHIR). You will own the design and implementation of backend services in Python, build robust web frontends (React preferred), and collaborate on mobile components alongside our lead Flutter developer.Security, system design, and data interoperability are core to this role.

Responsibilities :

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable backend services in Python, focusing on FHIR and HL7 data flows
• Design, build, and document RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations
• Implement web frontends using React (or equivalent frameworks)
• Collaborate with our Flutter lead on cross-platform mobile features (bonus, not mandatory)
• Apply security best practices and threat modeling across the stack
• Define and enforce system design patterns, CI / CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Docker, Azure)
• Work closely with product, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless user experiences and reliable deployments
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance, scalability, and data integrity

Requirements :

• Deep understanding of healthcare interoperability standards, especially HL7 v2 / v3 and FHIR
• Proven track record building and integrating RESTful or GraphQL APIs
• Solid front-end skills in React; familiarity with other frameworks acceptable if fundamentals are strong
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), containerization (Docker), and CI / CD tools
• Bonus : Hands-on experience with Flutter or mobile app integrations
• Expertise in security practices, data protection (e.g., OAuth2, JWT), and secure system design
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
