Tasks
Your Role: Senior Full-Stack Engineer
- Title: Senior Full-Stack Engineer
- Scope: Full-stack with end-to-end ownership using modern approaches like RSC, RSF, SSR, ISR
- Career Level: Getting things done
- Compensation: Base salary (based on experience and competencies) + Equity + Bonus
- Company Size: 35 and growing
- Location: Ideally a couple of days per week in Berlin office with flexible remote work
- Languages: English (fluent), German (fluent)
- Reporting to: CTO Cip
What you’ll do
- Features: Implement new features for the Ralph Platform, collaborating with Product, Design, and Operations teams
- Modern tech stack: Architect and develop applications using Next.js, React, and other modern technologies
- Take ownership: End-to-end ownership of features in our full-stack team using React Server Components and React Server Functions
Working with:
- Product Team: Collaborate with design and leadership to align on vision and user needs
- Engineering Team: Work with motivated colleagues passionate about cutting-edge tech and AI
- Operations: Support our property management solution for internal colleagues

Requirements
- Qualifications: Minimum 5 years as a full-stack engineer with leadership experience in scalable web applications
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with our tech stack
- Collaboration: Effective cross-functional teamwork experience
- Mentorship: Experience mentoring junior engineers
- Testing: Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and best practices
- Adaptability: Proactive in adopting emerging technologies
