Shopware is a leading ecommerce system that enables companies worldwide to scale quickly and efficiently in digital commerce. As a trendsetting open source solution, Shopware is already used by some of the largest European brands, retailers and manufacturers in the B2C and B2B industries.

Join an interdisciplinary development team that works directly on the Shopware Core, focusing on the CRM & After Sales domain for “Shopware 6”, which for example maintains the Flow-Builder, Documents and Mails. The team is also responsible for some fundamentals, like import / export and migrating data from other shops.

No matter where you work, you are an integral part of the team. Therefore, we are looking for a Full Stack Developer - Vue.js / Symfony (m/f/d) with frontend focus throughout Germany!

Ownership & Impact: Take full ownership of your code and domain, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions. Your contributions will play a key role in driving the evolution of Shopware 6 and shaping the future of e-commerce.

Diverse Development Areas: Focus on key areas such as CRM, Aftersales, Flow Builder, and Newsletter/Mailing, ensuring these core features of Shopware are continuously improved and expanded, while you build up expertise in your domain.

Agile Work: Work with agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira and Confluence to ensure efficient and transparent collaboration.

Quality and Open Source: Independently test your software (Unit/Functional/E2E), conduct code reviews, and support the open-source development community with your expertise. Your contributions will enhance the quality and reliability of the Shopware Core.

You have at least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in an open-source environment.

You are willing to work primarily as a Full Stack Developer, with a focus on frontend development.

You have a solid understanding of quality assurance and code reviews.

You have a strong reliability, proactivity, and a sense of responsibility for your tasks and projects to achieve the best outcomes with your team.

You are open to communicate in English in your daily work and thrive in an international, “English First” environment.
