Your Role

As Full Stack Developer (CRM), you'll collaborate with product, data, and operations teams to build robust features that drive customer engagement and internal efficiency. This role requires a full stack expert who works across the stack (frontend, backend, APIs, databases) while bringing experience with CRM platforms and integration best practices.

Responsibilities

• Utilize your expertise in PHP and Symfony to design, develop, and maintain efficient, scalable backend solutions.
• Leverage Vue.js and SSR to create dynamic, high-performance user interfaces.
• Architect and implement CRM integration (e.g., Braze, Iterable, or similar) enabling data synchronization and automation between internal systems and the CRM platform.
• Build and maintain APIs and backend services for CRM data ingestion, transformation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, QA engineers, and fellow developers to deliver feature-rich, user-friendly applications.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring best practices, performance optimization, and maintainability.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously learning and integrating emerging technologies into development processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Senior Full Stack Developer, with a proven track record of driving projects to success.
• Expertise in PHP/Symfony, Vue.js and a strong grasp of SSR, mastering its intricacies and best practices.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Braze, Iterable, etc., and CRM integration.
• Familiarity with workflow automation, CRM custom objects, and CRM-side configuration is a plus.
• Experience with Git and deployment processes for smooth transitions from development to production.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in AI-assisted development workflows, using tools like Cursor or similar AI coding assistants to boost efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills enabling effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
