Your mission: Build intuitive, high-performance user interfaces that empower industrial customers to optimize their energy use and drive the decarbonization of industry.

In the future, it will be crucial not only to consume less energy but also to consume it at the right time. This is essential for the optimal integration of volatile renewable energies from wind and solar into our electricity system.

With our AI-based flexOn platform, we help industrial electricity consumers actively flexibilize their energy consumption—using electricity when it is particularly green and cheap. Our goal: to advance the decarbonization of the energy system and significantly reduce costs in the process.

Tasks

• Further develop our flexOn software solution
• Develop internal software tools
• Perform code reviews and optimize existing front-end components
• Enhance user experience
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design (Figma / Sketch), backend (Go services), and DevOps teams to align API contracts, CI/CD flows, staging/release processes, and ensure end-to-end product coherence

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional frontend development experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior or lead role, ideally in fast-paced or startup environments
• Expertise in TypeScript and deep experience with React (hooks, context, Suspense) or comparable frameworks (Vue, Angular)
• Solid grounding in web standards: semantic HTML, CSS3 (PostCSS / Sass / Tailwind), responsive layouts, and cross-browser/device compatibility
• Strong collaboration skills: experience working closely with designers (Figma / Sketch), backend, and DevOps teams to deliver cohesive products
