Position: Senior Frontend Developer (f/m/d)

Location: Berlin, Germany

Start date: May-June 2025

Your mission in a nutshell: You work on client-facing platforms we have - our client onboarding flow, user data dashboard platform for our clients, and our content platform. You collaborate with different teams and ensure that our platform provides top-notch experience and insights for our clients.

Tech stack you will use:

• We use Angular, Typescript, Redux, NgRx, React.

The team: Our tech team is a dynamic, multicultural crew of over 20 experts who work on exciting projects in agile sprints. We admire versatile engineers who embrace the latest technologies and advocate for clean code. At Humanoo, our team consistently strives for excellence, prioritizing knowledge-sharing sessions and cross-functional collaboration.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:

• You are experienced with technologies such as TypeScript, Angular, React, and RxJS.
• You’ve fetched, created, and updated your fair share of data via RESTful APIs.
• You have also worked with state management libraries like NgRx or Redux.
• Experience in mentoring other developers and helping them grow technically.
• Product mindset and strong collaboration skills.
• Nice to have: Angular Material UI library.

INTERVIEW PROCESS

Upon the receipt of your application, our Talent Acquisition team will thoroughly evaluate your submission. If your application progresses positively, you will be invited to participate in our comprehensive selection process, which includes the following stages:

• Initial Screening Call (up to 45 minutes)
• Take home Case Study
• Technical Assessment for the Case Study solution & other technical topics (60 minutes)
• Value-added interview with the Product team (30 minutes)
• Lead Interview with the CTO focusing on Humanoo values and the Engineering Lead focusing on system design (60 minutes)

After the completion of these interview stages, our hiring team will convene for a debrief session to discuss your application. Following this debrief, our Talent Acquisition Partner will reach out to you to provide feedback and communicate the final decision regarding your candidacy. HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME:

• Humanoo app gives our clients the ability to enable their employees to lead a healthier life in a fun way. While employees benefit from app content, our clients get access to a dashboard with insightful information on onboarding and data. Our Customer Success team provides our clients with regular updates and sets them up for success and long-term collaboration. You will work to develop and improve this client platform and experience.
• Our content management platform. Our Content and Design team constantly creates new health content for our users, our Marketing, and Customer Success teams to communicate and engage end-users in the app by using this platform. You will maintain and implement new features into the content platform to help our teams make our users happy.
