Einleitung

We are a young health-tech startup enabling doctors to provide new distributed healthcare solutions by treating patients in remote and underserved areas. This is a unique opportunity to join a well-funded early-stage health-tech company, making a direct impact on patients' health and shaping our tech product from scratch. We are already operational and serving hundreds of patients every month.

Aufgaben

• This is a greenfield project: build our frontend and discuss/support architectural decisions within the tech team.
• Take ownership of building and delivering features to our customers.
• Maintain high software quality standards with a "You build it, you run it" approach.
• Work closely with backend engineers.
• Shape internal development processes and best practices for scalable engineering.
• Contribute ideas to improve our product.

Qualifikation

• 5+ years of professional experience as a frontend engineer, focusing on web application development.
• Experience with frontend build tools, package managers, and module bundlers (e.g., Vite, npm, pnpm).
• Experience integrating with REST APIs, including authentication and authorization best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest frontend trends and proactively suggest improvements.
• Contribute to requirements gathering, estimation, and release planning.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex frontend issues.
