Description Overview

We are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst for the Central and East Cluster. You will support leadership teams by delivering accurate financial reports, forecasts, and analysis, enabling data-driven decisions through collaboration with Finance Business Partners and tools like Power BI and EPM. You will report to the Cluster FP&A Manager.

Scope of the Role
  • Prepare and present monthly management reports with key financial indicators and variance analysis.
  • Assist with financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with business goals and assumptions.
  • Participate in the monthly closing process, coordinating with the Accounting Service Center.
  • Manage Long Range Planning, budgets, and forecasts for P&L, Cash Flow, and Capex, collaborating with Market Finance Business Partners.
  • Reconcile data from various sources to maintain reporting accuracy.
  • Support Risks & Opportunities reporting using EPM and analytics tools.
  • Work with Market Finance Business Partners to ensure timely submissions aligned with central assumptions.
  • Support the rollout of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) across the cluster.
  • Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Promote digital tools and automation to improve reporting efficiency.
  • Partner with leadership to provide insights supporting strategic decisions.
Experience Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years in financial planning & analysis or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query), Excel, and planning tools like EPM, SAP, Oracle.
  • Experience integrating multiple data sources for reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in Consumer Health or FMCG sectors is a plus.
