The Meet Group, affiliate of ParshipMeet, has an exciting opportunity to join our company as a Senior Financial Analyst. We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will take ownership of planning, forecasting, reporting, and developing financial models across P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet. Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Drive the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for ParshipMeet North America, partnering with department heads to ensure accuracy and alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, analyses, and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize resource allocation, profitability, and overall financial performance.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams, such as product, marketing, and engineering, to align financial goals and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the accounting and tax teams to ensure alignment and data integrity across financial processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to streamline FP&A operations.
The right candidate will have the following minimum requirements and skills:
  • 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles, with a proven track record in forecasting and financial modeling
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications and skills:
  • Strong business acumen, preferably experience with digital business models and online monetization
  • Knowledge of Navision & TM1 ERP software
