Qualifikationen

  • Flavourist with more than 10 years of experience in sweet flavour creation.

  • Development of new flavours in lines with customer projects and proactive projects
  • Responsible for the assigned tasks regarding adherence to briefing guidelines considering specified costs, legislation and deadlines to be kept
  • Matching of competitor’s flavours
  • Optimizing and adjustment of existing flavours for special applications
  • Evaluation and utilization of analytical results including chromatography & sensory analyses
  • Evaluation and introduction of new raw materials
  • Handling of projects in close cooperation with Application, Sensory, Marketing, Sales and other specific departments
  • Support of Key Account Managers (customer visits inland and abroad)
  • Support of production regarding the implementation of flavours from laboratory measure into production measure

Your profile :

  • Master degree of Science in Chemistry, Food Science / Food Technology or comparable education
  • Flavourist with more than 10 years of experience in the area of sweet flavour creation
  • Knowledge of sensory analysis tools
  • Fluent language skills in English and good level in German would be appreciated
  • Knowledge on vanilla, vanilla extract and vanilla flavour development is preferable
  • Appreciates to work in an international environment
