Description
We are looking for a dedicated Senior FP&A Analyst (m/f/x) to join our team in Munich. Help us make informed financial decisions and optimize the performance of our services and support departments. This career opportunity offers great growth potential in a fast-growing software company.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed analysis of Utilization, Recurring Revenue Forecasting, ARR, GRR, NRR.
- Identify trends and patterns in professional services data to provide strategic insights and optimize strategies.
- Partner closely with Services and Support Senior leadership to prepare accurate revenue forecasts and budgets, and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain financial models specific to Services and Support, including scenario analysis, sensitivity modelling, and revenue forecasting.
- Support month-end close, monthly forecasting, variance analysis between budgets and previous forecasts to actual results, and present results to senior management.
- Lead FP&A projects, such as snowballs and further development of appropriate KPIs.
- Identify and resolve challenges within processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform ad hoc financial analyses as needed to support strategic initiatives and special projects.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Successfully completed studies in finance, accounting, or business administration.
- 2-4 years of relevant FP&A experience, ideally in a software company, with a focus on professional services and support.
- Comprehensive understanding of the translation of bookings to revenue.
- Strong communication skills, a high sense of responsibility, and a structured approach.
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
- Experience with Planful software is an advantage.
