Tasks

• Take ownership of tour operator controlling and keep performance on course (think: smart analyses and insights)
• Navigate cost and revenue planning with confidence and precision
• Provide clear, impactful analyses and reports for your area of responsibility
• Keep an eye on cost centers and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under IFRS and HGB
• Be part of exciting projects to optimize our processes and structures for the long haul
• Be a trusted sparring partner for our department heads on all things financial and business-related
  
  

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant work experience in financial controlling
• A degree in economics (Master’s or Bachelor’s with solid experience) – Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering are all welcome
• Strong professional background in controlling or related areas
• A sharp mind for business interconnections and strategic thinking
• Hands-on experience with SAP (especially SAP FI and CO)
• A problem-solver with a structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Proactive, analytical, and ready to bring fresh ideas
• Excellent German skills (C1+) and very good English, both spoken and written
