Zusammenfassung

PAIR Finance in Berlin is seeking a Senior Financial Controller to own and enhance our financial controlling system, overseeing reporting, planning and forecasting for the group.

You will collaborate with the Head of Controlling & BI, the CFO and the Finance team to drive KPIs, implement planning tools and deliver accurate monthly statements and liquidity planning for the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in controlling and financial reporting.
• Strong Excel and SQL skills.
• Proactive, independent, analytical mindset.
• Fluent English; German knowledge is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own and drive financial performance and profitability monitoring.
• Implement and support planning and forecasting tools.
• Support other departments with planning and financial controlling (processes and customer relations).
• Develop financial KPIs and deviation analyses to increase cost and revenue transparency.
• Assist management with key figure assessment and identify efficiency improvements.
• Participate in monthly financial statements, monthly reporting, budget planning and liquidity planning (short/medium term).

• As Senior Financial Controller (f/m/d), you will own and improve our financial controlling system, building on a high, modern technological standard. You’ll take ownership of reporting, planning and forecasting for the whole group, with real room to shape where this goes next
• Become part of our strong international team that is transforming the traditional debt collection industry with innovation and a drive for excellence
• Work together with our Head of Controlling & BI, our CFO and our Finance team on further development of our controlling system for the PAIR Finance Group
• Own and drive forward financial performance and profitability monitoring
• Implement and support planning and forecasting tools
• Support other departments with planning and financial controlling, e.g. processes and customer relationships as well as answering commercial questions
• Develop financial KPIs and deviation analyzes to increase cost and revenue transparency
• Support the management team with the assessment of key figures as well as identifying and implementing efficiency improvements
• Participate in the preparation of monthly financial statements, monthly reporting, budget planning as well as short and medium-term liquidity planning
