The role focuses on building financial models, KPIs and management reports, collaborating with executives and ensuring data integrity across multiple systems. Fluency in English or German is required.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of relevant experience in Group Controlling, FP&A, Financial Modelling, Corporate Finance or a similar role.
• Experience in an international organisation or across different countries.
• Solid understanding of the income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, working capital and key drivers.
• Practical budgeting, forecasting, business planning, scenario analysis and management reporting experience.
• Strong Power BI skills and ability to develop and maintain reports independently.
• A high level of interest in data; knowledge of LucaNet, SAP, SQL, data warehouses or data engineering is advantageous.
• Experience coordinating projects across functions and countries.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear financial models and management information.
• Very good English or German language skills.

For IRS Group, a fast-growing, internationally operating platform organisation backed by private equity, we are looking for an experienced Senior Expert Group Controlling & Performance Management (m/f/d) to join us at the earliest opportunity.

This is a hands-on expert role for someone who enjoys working with financial data, building practical models and turning analysis into clear business decisions. You will work closely with the management team, Group Controlling, BI, IT and our local country teams.

You will not have direct people-management responsibility. Instead, you will take ownership of your topics, coordinate stakeholders and drive projects from the initial idea through to implementation.

This is not a pure reporting position. You will help us improve the way we plan, analyse and manage the business across countries and locations.

• Further develop Group Controlling, management reporting and performance management
• Build and improve financial models for planning, forecasting, scenarios and business steering

• Experience working in an international organisation or across different countries

• Practical experience with budgeting, forecasting, business planning, scenario analysis and management reporting
• The ability to turn complex business topics into understandable financial models and clear management information
