While expanding our presence, we are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who is fluent in English and Mandarin to join our dynamic Finance team. The successful candidate will support financial planning, analysis, and reporting for our operations across Europe and the Americas. This role requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial principles, and the ability to work across different cultures and time zones.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support budgeting and variance analysis processes to assist the business.
• Collaborate with regional teams to consolidate financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders in Mandarin and English, including colleagues in China and other regions.
• Support the implementation of group processes and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with group policies, local regulations, and reporting standards.
• Conduct regional financial reviews for various businesses in Europe and the Americas.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s/CPA/CFA is a plus).
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in financial analysis and FP&A.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills, especially in Excel.
• Proficiency in MS Office products (particularly Excel and Power BI) and experience with accounting systems like Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in a SaaS technology company is an advantage.
