Your Role:

The Vitronet Holding GmbH forms the parent company of the Vitronet Group. The departments of the Vitronet Holding GmbH support and advise their subsidiaries as business partners in all administrative and operational processes. Your Responsibilities:

• You ensure the coordination and communication between our company and our private equity investor.
• You create precise ad-hoc analyses, financial models, and company valuations (DCF, multiples) and conduct risk assessments.
• You develop comprehensive financial and performance reports for investors and management.
• You observe market and competition trends in the private equity and infrastructure market and derive relevant recommendations for action.
• You work closely with internal departments to evaluate and strategically utilize financial information.
• You analyze alternative financing options and assist in developing optimal capital structures.

Your Skills:

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, economics, finance, mathematics, or a comparable qualification and have at least 4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate finance.
• Ideally, you have worked both as an analyst in a bank and in the private equity sector and possess in-depth knowledge of international lending and alternative financing methods.
• You have gained comprehensive knowledge in financial modeling, company valuation, and balance sheet analysis and are able to prepare these complex issues analytically, strategically, and tailored to your audience.
• You communicate confidently with investors, banks, and management and excel with your presentation and negotiation skills.
• You thrive in a dynamic environment and can optimally contribute through your solution-oriented, self-reliant, and proactive work style.
• You have excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint and speak fluent business English.
