Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in financial analysis or controlling, ideally focused on cash management and balance sheet topics.
Strong knowledge of HGB and IFRS, with hands-on ERP experience (ideally Microsoft Business Central) and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly.
Proactive and independent work style paired with strong team spirit.
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Financial Analyst with a focus on Cash Management and Balance Sheet to help drive financial performance, enhance our internal processes, and contribute directly to the success of the business.
Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and ad hoc financial analyses across the finance function.
Deliver financial insights, reports, and variance analyses to guide strategic decisions, with a focus on Net Working Capital, Cash Flow, and inventory.
Optimize working capital processes (AR/AP, DSO, DPO, DIO) and ensure accurate balance sheet bookings.
Collaborate with Treasury on cash flow forecasting and with cross-functional teams to ensure financial integrity and process efficiency.
Maintain strong internal controls, support audits and compliance efforts, and drive improvements in financial systems and processes.
