Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent experience in finance roles.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, or local GAAP with day-to-day application.
• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading).
• Experience supporting month-end closing and financial reporting procedures.
• Experience with controls or audits over financial reporting.
• Experience using financial models, KPIs, and data analysis to drive decisions.
• Knowledge of SOX methodology and related standards (e.g., 302, 404).

Key job responsibilities

• Being a strong team player taking ownership and demonstrating self-initiative

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field, or experience or equivalent experience in finance roles
• Knowledge of one or multiple accounting frameworks (including US GAAP, IFRS, or local GAAP frameworks), with the ability to apply them in day-to-day financial activities
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• Experience supporting month-end closing processes and contributing to financial reporting under established procedures
• Experience supporting the implementation of controls or contributing to audits over financial reporting environments
• Experience using financial models, KPIs, and data analysis to support business decisions
• Knowledge of SOX methodology and associated standards (sections 302, 404, AS5, PCAOB, etc.)
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent)
• Experience developing financial models in Excel with advanced functions (pivot tables, macros, VBA, Power Query)
• Experience with data analytics platforms (Power BI, Python, SQL, Tableau)
