Responsibilities:

• Initiate and drive new ideas and models to optimise and transform essential Finance E2E processes, aligning the Finance function with future challenges.
• Coordinate action projects, working cross-functionally with experts from finance line functions and business units.
• Shape Finance Transformation through close collaboration with the Finance Transformation Culture Team.
• Integrate technological solutions into optimisation initiatives in partnership with digital teams.
• Engage stakeholders through best-practice exchanges and support comprehensive communication up to the E.ON Board.

Qualifications:

• Degree in business administration or a related field.
• Several years of experience in finance, process management, and/or project management, preferably in an agile environment.
• Team player with an outgoing personality and inspiring leadership qualities.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, with a collaborative approach.
• Positive attitude, analytical mindset, and structured working style.
• Creative, open to innovation, and capable of supporting change and improvement.
