Job Description:

Wolt, now part of the DoorDash family, is on a growth journey. As we expand, we need to ensure our teams, processes, and tools scale effectively. We are looking for a NetSuite Senior System Manager to oversee the development of our NetSuite environment and service model.

You will work with your team to identify development needs, create a roadmap for future growth, and support the finance community in working efficiently with NetSuite. You will collaborate with NetSuite experts, finance professionals, Key Users, and Process Owners to translate their challenges into actionable projects. This role also offers the opportunity to share best practices with colleagues in the US.

What you'll be doing

• Manage priorities for NetSuite development and maintenance with your team
• Develop and maintain a long-term roadmap aligned with DoorDash's vision
• Coordinate system maintenance and development activities with external partners
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement scalable finance solutions, support system integrations, and improve processes
• Design and enforce process controls and access controls within NetSuite
• Assess and develop training programs for NetSuite end users
• Enhance change management and user acceptance testing processes according to SOX requirements

• Approximately 10 years of experience with NetSuite and ERP FICO modules
• Experience leading teams and working with external partners
• Significant experience in ERP system change and implementation projects
• Ability to translate business needs into NetSuite requirements and manage projects
• Understanding of broader system architecture, including integrations and data management
