An international growth-focused IT Services company is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead its finance function across DACH. Reporting to the Managing Director and the Group CFO, this newly created role offers the opportunity to shape and professionalise finance operations within a rapidly growing region.

The Role :

As Senior Finance Manager, you will oversee all finance activities in the region, including :

Statutory accounting (HGB) and local compliance

Group reporting, controlling, and day-to-day finance operations

Developing and mentoring a small local finance team

You will play a critical role in driving process improvements and automation initiatives, helping transition from Excel-heavy processes towards a more robust SAP-based system.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead statutory accounting and reporting in compliance with HGB and group-level requirements

Act as the finance business partner to the regional Managing Director and Group CFO

Drive process improvement and system enhancements, including SAP and BI tools

Develop the finance team and foster a culture of high performance and accountability

Ideal Candidate :

Strong knowledge of HGB and German statutory reporting

Experience working with SAP and finance automation initiatives

Proven ability to improve finance processes and reduce Excel dependency

Hands-on leader who can balance operational detail with strategic thinking
