We are currently hiring a forward-thinking and results-oriented Senior Finance Business Partner (f / m / d) with extensive experience in advanced financial analytics & planning.

This role reports to the Global Head of Business Partnering and works closely with our Global Investment Platform, playing a key role in M&A opportunities. The position is based in Frankfurt.

What you will do

• Serve as a senior advisor on financial matters for the Global Investment Platform, representing Finance in business and change initiatives, including developing business cases for new projects.
• Foster strong relationships with global and regional business leaders, providing challenge and acting as a sparring partner.
• Deliver relevant financial reporting to support performance management and decision-making.
• Enhance business steering by providing advanced financial analytics in collaboration with functional teams, other Business Partners, and Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A), tracking action outcomes.
• Support budgeting and planning processes, leveraging financial expertise and business insights.
• Contribute to M&A and global finance projects as needed.

What you bring

• Strong academic background in Economics or a related field; Bachelor's degree required; MBA, finance degree, and/or CFA preferred.
• Ideally 5+ years of experience in business partnering, financial planning and analysis, or business management within asset management.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to present findings effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
• Experience supporting senior management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and SAP (ERP, BI).
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
