Responsibilities:

• Independently carry out the setup, repair, maintenance, and upgrades of radio communication systems within Germany, with potential expansion to other European regions.
• Take responsibility for providing technical support to clients following the installation of advanced communication networks.
• Work with security agencies, energy providers, industrial and chemical manufacturers, public transportation companies, airport operators, and military organizations to maintain operational systems.
• Participate in on-call duties as part of a team rotation.
• Provide technical assistance to internal departments and external trade partners while engaging directly with clients.
• Contribute to the execution of large-scale and strategically important projects.
• Generate and present reports, data analysis, and presentations.
• Independently manage day-to-day operational tasks following standard procedures and practices.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of IP network structures and their components(Transmission, DWDM,MPLS)
• Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally for extended periods as required.
• Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation within the team.
• EU citizenship with at least 5 years of residency in Germany.
• Willingness to undergo security clearance by relevant national authorities.
• Valid Class B driver’s license
