The Challenge

As a Senior Field Marketer at OneTrust, you will act as a key liaison between the field sales team, partner and business development teams, and our corporate marketing team. Your role involves generating awareness and demand through various marketing channels such as regional tradeshows, professional associations, field events, demand campaigns, webinars, and advertising. The goal is to build a sales pipeline and regional awareness, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the total addressable market via diverse marketing channels.

Your Mission
  • Serve as the primary liaison between sales, business development, product marketing, and corporate marketing teams.
  • Communicate marketing initiatives, campaigns, website updates, customer success stories, and upcoming events to regional sales teams.
  • Demand Generation: Organize regional demand activities like webinars, advertising, PPC, and sponsorships to contribute to the sales pipeline.
  • Campaigns: Plan, execute, and report on regional marketing activities aligned with corporate campaigns.
  • Events: Identify and execute regional events that fit organizational goals.
  • Industry Relations: Build relationships with associations and organizations for joint activities.
  • PR: Coordinate regional announcements with local sales and develop media relationships.
  • Translations: Ensure timely and accurate localization of marketing materials.
  • Content: Provide feedback from the field to product marketing to enhance tools and messaging.
  • Social Media: Manage regional social accounts in local languages, collaborating with sales and PR teams.
  • Customer References: Work with the field to identify success stories and develop case studies and testimonials.
  • Partners: Conduct meetings to evaluate partnership and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Reporting: Analyze and report on the impact of marketing activities on sales metrics.
  • Lead regional marketing planning and align with regional teams.
  • Share best practices across teams and address field sales challenges with solutions.
You Are
  • BA/BS in business, marketing, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in enterprise software.
  • Experience in event/webinar planning, digital marketing, and media/industry relations.
  • Proficient in German (written and spoken).
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude with problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, writing, editing, and project management abilities.
  • Understanding of technology and business/value abstraction.
  • Familiar with marketing systems (CMS, email automation, AdWords, webinars, etc.).
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with limited resources.
  • Passionate about working in a fast-paced, lean environment and refining processes.
  • Willing to travel up to 30% as needed.
