Qualifikationen

• 10+ Jahre Erfahrung in Cellular IoT Projekten.

Aufgaben

Provide technical support for Fibocom products and applications to sales channel personnel and key accounts.

Responsibilities :

1. Provide Fibocom organization with relevant information about application evolution at major players (component content, system requirements development, new product requirements, integration strategy, competition, etc.).

2. TECHNICAL ENGAGEMENT & STRATEGIC ALIGNMENT :

1. Collaborate with the sales team to identify projects where Fibocom’s solutions can be strategically incorporated, and evaluate internal resources and skills needed for seamless integration.
2. Analyze customer needs and identify market shifts and trends.
3. Ensure customers and partners have access to relevant technical documentation and product information.
4. Provide regular updates to management and internal teams on project status and technical engagement.
5. Build relationships with key industry participants such as MNOs, MVNOs, and design houses for technical collaborations and partnerships.
6. Coordinate technical responses to RFIs and RFQs, involving all relevant Fibocom technical teams.

3. CUSTOMER SUPPORT ACTIVITIES :

1. Provide technical support during the design phase to customers and distributors.
2. Train customers and distributors via seminars, webinars, road-shows, presentations, and meetings.
3. Coordinate with HQ departments (Engineering, Quality, Marketing) when necessary.
4. Inform customers about product offering changes (order codes, hardware or software updates).

4. PROJECT MANAGEMENT :

1. Develop and monitor project plans in coordination with management.
2. Track delivery progress and communicate with customers.

Required Education, Experience, and Competencies :

1. Engineer degree in Embedded Systems and Software.
2. 10+ years of experience in Cellular IoT projects.
3. Strong experience in key account technical management.
4. Experience in product definition and requirements management.

Required Technical Knowledge :

1. Embedded Linux (Kernel, Boot, Security, Integration, Yocto, etc.)
2. Technologies : GNSS, WiFi, Bluetooth, RF, Satellites
3. Experience with chipsets from Qualcomm, Mediatek, Unisoc; Teamplayer skills
4. Ability to address different levels of customer organization.
5. Autonomous and adaptable to support challenges and changes.
6. Experience in transversal project management.
7. Experience working with remote teams in an international environment.
