Provide technical support for Fibocom products and applications to sales channel personnel and key accounts.

Responsibilities :

1. Provide Fibocom organization with all relevant information about the application(s) evolution at major players (component content, system requirements development, new product requirements, integration strategy, competition, etc.).

2. TECHNICAL ENGAGEMENT & STRATEGIC ALIGNMENT :

1. Collaborate with the sales team to identify projects where Fibocom’s solutions can be most strategically incorporated, and evaluate the internal resources and skills needed for seamless integrations.
2. Analyze customer needs and identify significant market shifts and trends.
3. Ensure customers and partners have access to relevant technical documentation and product information.
4. Provide regular updates to management and internal teams regarding project status and technical engagements.
5. Build relationships with key local industry participants such as MNOs, MVNOs, and design houses to support technical collaborations and partnerships.
6. Coordinate technical responses to RFIs and RFQs, involving all relevant Fibocom technical teams.

3. CUSTOMER SUPPORT ACTIVITIES :

1. Provide technical support to customers and distributors during the design phase.
2. Train customers and distributors on Fibocom solutions via seminars, webinars, roadshows, presentations, and meetings.
3. Engage relevant HQ departments (Engineering, Quality, Marketing) as needed.
4. Inform customers about changes in Fibocom’s product offerings (order codes, hardware or software updates).

4. PROJECT MANAGEMENT

1. Create project plans, align with management, and monitor progress regularly.
2. Track delivery progress and communicate updates with customers.

Required Education, Experience, and Competencies :

1. Engineering degree in Embedded Systems and Software.
2. 10+ years of experience in Cellular IoT projects.
3. Strong experience in key account technical management.
4. Experience in product definition and requirements management.

Required Technical Knowledge :

1. Embedded Linux (Kernel, Boot, security, integration, Yocto, etc.)
2. Technologies : GNSS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, RF, Satellites
3. Experience with chipsets such as Qualcomm, Mediatek, Unisoc; team collaboration skills
4. Ability to engage with different levels of customer organizations
5. Autonomous and adaptable to support challenges and changes
6. Experience in project management (cross-functional management)
7. Experience working with remote teams and in international environments
