Provide technical support for Fibocom products and applications to sales channel personnel and key accounts.

Responsibilities :
- Provide Fibocom organization with all relevant information about the application(s) evolution at all major players (component content, system requirements development, new products requirements, integration strategy, competition, etc.).
2. TECHNICAL ENGAGEMENT & STRATEGIC ALIGNMENT :
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify projects where Fibocom’s solutions can be most strategically incorporated, while also evaluating the internal resources and skills needed to support seamless integrations.
- Analyze and synthesize customer needs, and identify significant shifts and trends in the market.
- Ensure that customers and partners have access to relevant technical documentation and product information.
- Provide regular updates to management and internal teams regarding project status and technical engagements.
- Cultivate relationships with key local industry participants such as MNOs, MVNOs, and design houses to support technical collaborations and partnerships.
- Coordinate technical responses to RFIs and RFQs, involving all relevant Fibocom technical teams.
3. CUSTOMER SUPPORT ACTIVITIES :
- Provide technical support to customers and distributors during the design phase.
- Train customers and distributors on Fibocom solutions through seminars, webinars, roadshows, presentations, and meetings.
- Involve relevant HQ departments (Engineering, Quality, Marketing) as needed.
- Inform customers about changes in Fibocom’s product offerings (order codes, hardware or software updates).
4. PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Develop project plans in coordination with management and monitor progress regularly.
- Track delivery status and communicate updates with customers.
Required Education, Experience, and Competencies :
- Engineering degree in Embedded Systems and Software.
- 10+ years of experience in Cellular IoT projects.
- Strong experience in key account technical management.
- Experience in product definition and requirements management.
Required Technical Knowledge :
- Embedded Linux (Kernel, Boot, Security, Integration, Yocto, etc.)
- Technologies : GNSS, WiFi, Bluetooth, RF, Satellites
- Experience with chipsets from Qualcomm, MediaTek, Unisoc; team collaboration skills
- Ability to engage with different levels of customer organizations
- Autonomous and adaptable to support challenges and change
- Experience in project management across teams
- Experience working with remote teams and in international environments
