We are looking for a proactive Senior Experts HR Projects (m/f/d) to join our team in Stuttgart. This role involves leading and managing global HR projects from initiation to completion, including S4 Hana implementation, SuccessFactors enhancements, and system optimizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, HR systems, and change management, ensuring timely, within-budget delivery that meets quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading complex HR projects from start to finish, including S4 Hana and SuccessFactors initiatives
• Developing project plans with scope, objectives, timelines, and resources
• Monitoring progress, managing risks, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
• Communicating project status to stakeholders
• Ensuring deliverables meet quality and compliance standards
• Facilitating change management for smooth adoption of new systems
• Collaborating with HR, IT, and external vendors
• Evaluating outcomes and recommending improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, IT, or similar
• Experience in HR-IT, ideally as a Product Owner or similar role
• Track record in project management, especially HR system implementations
• Experience managing global HR-IT projects, e.g., SAP SuccessFactors
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, MS Project)
• Analytical and process-oriented thinking, with high-level responsibility handling
• Proficiency in English; German skills preferred
