  • Represent the business model externally, emphasizing the equality of various care formats.

  • Continuously develop professional expertise, transfer knowledge to the sales team, and proactively share experiences.
  • Apply sales and credit processes effectively, including feasibility assessments, financing concepts, price negotiations, and guiding applications through to credit approval.
  • Leverage extensive international experience, interest rate, and currency management to identify customer potential, involving specialists as needed.
  • Use product, process, and decision-making tools appropriately, and be familiar with all insurance products and early mobile sales integration.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC and regulatory requirements, and identify cross-product opportunities within the bank ('One Bank' potentials).
  • Adopt a Digital-First approach, encouraging clients to use digital channels for applications and service requests.
Qualifications
  • Banking education, further qualifications, or university degree.
  • Confident, competent, friendly demeanor.
  • Extensive credit knowledge, especially in insolvency pre-financing.
  • Successful sales experience in acquiring and managing insolvency professionals and legal advisors, with prior experience in similar financial institutions.
  • Ability to build and deepen relationships with introducers, multipliers, and referral sources, and to represent the bank effectively in regional networks.
  • Strong sales skills, high customer orientation, and knowledge of digital customer management tools (e.g., BlueSpace, House Bank Manager).
  • Active promotion of feedback and speak-up culture.
