Senior Expert Transformation and Business Requirements (m/w/d)
Position Overview
Join Vossloh's SAP-Transformationsprojekt "one.ERP" as a Senior Expert in Transformation and Business Requirements. The role is based at our headquarters in Werdohl or Düsseldorf.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Empower project stream, focusing on Business Transformation and Change Management
- Coordinate with the Empower team and external partners, ensuring effective representation to project management
- Collaborate with project management and technical leads, reporting directly to project leaders and engaging with management across our global entities
- Lead and support transformation management initiatives for seamless implementation
- Analyze, define, and document business requirements and processes with stakeholders
- Prioritize and document actionable business needs
- Translate requirements into strategies and solutions
- Train teams on best practices in requirements management, including User Stories and process modeling
- Develop and implement transformation strategies
- Advise and coach leadership and staff through targeted workshops and training to enhance engagement and understanding
- Monitor and report on the impact of transformation initiatives
- Ensure consistency and quality in all communications related to transformation
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, IT Management, Process Management, Psychology, or related field
- Extensive experience in Business Process Management and transformation projects
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and related business processes
- Proven skills in defining and implementing business requirements
- Coaching mindset with experience in team enablement and workshop moderation
- Experience in project team coordination and managing external partners
- Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication across hierarchies
- Fluent in German and English (C1), French (B2) is a plus
- Willingness to travel
