Senior Expert Transformation and Business Requirements (m/w/d)

Position Overview

Join Vossloh's SAP-Transformationsprojekt "one.ERP" as a Senior Expert in Transformation and Business Requirements. The role is based at our headquarters in Werdohl or Düsseldorf.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Empower project stream, focusing on Business Transformation and Change Management
• Coordinate with the Empower team and external partners, ensuring effective representation to project management
• Collaborate with project management and technical leads, reporting directly to project leaders and engaging with management across our global entities
• Lead and support transformation management initiatives for seamless implementation
• Analyze, define, and document business requirements and processes with stakeholders
• Prioritize and document actionable business needs
• Translate requirements into strategies and solutions
• Train teams on best practices in requirements management, including User Stories and process modeling
• Develop and implement transformation strategies
• Advise and coach leadership and staff through targeted workshops and training to enhance engagement and understanding
• Monitor and report on the impact of transformation initiatives
• Ensure consistency and quality in all communications related to transformation

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, IT Management, Process Management, Psychology, or related field
• Extensive experience in Business Process Management and transformation projects
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and related business processes
• Proven skills in defining and implementing business requirements
• Coaching mindset with experience in team enablement and workshop moderation
• Experience in project team coordination and managing external partners
• Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication across hierarchies
• Fluent in German and English (C1), French (B2) is a plus
• Willingness to travel
